2 1430 Arnold Review of the Agenda.      
3 1433 Alice Introduction to Aqua E - Student Chapter for Water Industry related movements. (They may raise events for students to meet with the companies) Plan to create panels today for companies in Indiana and outside for the students to interact with, tailgate. Agenda for this year.  There will be a panel today @ WALC. Tailgate will require student interest within this week.   
4 1435 Arnold Event forms through Boilerlink. Provided Registration is done properly. Edits to be done on the Constitution      
4 1440 Arnold Template for the survey is present on Google Docs. May be updated on Qualtrics if required by Darsh.   Survey to be rolled out.  
5 1442 Arnold/Arundhati Ice Cream Social Event - may require the  organisation to be re-registered and the event form to be submitted 2 weeks in advance. Since this is a PMP event only - this may not be required.   Since this is a PMP event only - this may not be required. Event forms may not be required for professional events with internal speakers either. (Ray Mentzer)  
6 1445 Alice Anyone interested with Water should be able to participated. Discussion of other PMP groups which may be interested - eg Civil.      
7 1447 Bhishm Industrial contacts through Zach   Emails will be drafted by weekend and sent by Bhishm  
8 1450 Mounika/Alice Professional development workshops, Networking event - mail sent by Mounika   List of topics available may be added to the survey form   
9 1452 Apoorva/Corwin Vendors for Polos are available.   Further decision to be done.  
10 1455 Apoorva/Corwin Design for T-shirts (PGSO branded)   Decide for design - whether   
11 1455 Shrikanth Discussion about GSO, ChemeSac GSO events can be attended by PGSO reps.  Role of Graduate committee chair to be changed to External committee liaison.  
12 1455 Arnold Website Blurbs Most blurbs are available on Google Drive    
13 1458 Apoorva/Corwin Professional headshot for PMP events Will be organized by the Department soon. Corwin will check them based on PGSO events timeline.     
14 1507 Arnold Discussion about Constitution      
15 1512 Arnold/Apoorva Treasury to be set up, prev Townhall event to be set up      
16 1514 Arnold Windup. Events will be held at Forney 2107. Mgmt courses will start on 16/10. Thus, the timing from next week will be 1515 to 1615.   Constitution review to be done by Friday. (As suggestion mode comments) Teambuilding events to be done on Saturday. Ice Cream social - 2weeks from now. Mentzer talk - 1st week of Nov, Marketing needs to be done.
